I’m Luis Terán, a Venezuelan-born Industrial Designer from the Instituto de Diseño de Caracas. After four years in industrial design, I transitioned into web design, where I’ve worked for over 15 years.
I founded Ninweb.net, a design and app development studio, which introduced me to the world of UX/UI.
Post-pandemic, I pivoted fully into UX, Design Thinking, UX Research, and Product Design.
Over the past five years, I’ve worked remotely as a UX/UI Designer for companies like BairesDev, Wedevelop, BeezWax, and currently Ludicrum.tech, where I focus on UX Research.
My current focus is on research, experimentation, process design, methodologies, and Product Discovery.
I drive continuous product learning and iteration, define key metrics, explore problem spaces to uncover solutions, and contribute to delivery and post-launch analysis.
I design and lead research initiatives, applying both qualitative and quantitative methods to deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.
Through experimentation frameworks and usability testing, I provide data-backed recommendations to enhance and optimize user interface design.
I help design teams grow by introducing agile methodologies, fostering design thinking, encouraging continuous learning, and supporting strategic planning.
